Hi all! Here's a few announcements from class this Sunday...

Dodging Diabetes tournament

• This is a youth fundraiser, raisng money for JDRF to FIND A CURE for diabetes (and then we can watch Sam eat all the candy he wants in Sunday school class)!
• It is this Friday (3/20)- the "fun" tournament is at 5:30 and the "hard core" tournament is at 7:30. The group decided we would enter the "hard core" (crazy, I know). We need 6 people for a team and have 3 already. Please let me know if you want to join us, or if you have a friend who can join us. We will really get killed with only 3 people!!!
• The event is at Lakewood UMC -- here are directions.
• For all those participating (or just watching), we'll meet at Lakewood UMC prior to the start at around 7:00 (we'll probably get there early to watch the "just for fun" games at 5:30 and wonder why in the heck we didn't go for that one).
• The cost is $100 per team (all donations to JDRF). Bring money to class Sunday if you would like to donate.
  

Danielle's Move - Woohoo!

• Danielle is moving to her new house this Saturday (3/21) and she needs help loading the truck in the morning and unloading in the afternoon.
• Josh & Jamie are picking up a truck and will be at Danielle's current appt at around 9:30 am - we need people to help load it up.
• Next we'll go to her new house to eat lunch and unload (so around noon).
• Please email Jamie (jame9292@hotmail.com) if you are able to help in the morning, afternoon or both. She will give you directions and get your phone number to call ya if any of the plans change.
